Here’s a peek at what each class offers: \n  \nClass One: Building Your Home Bar | Sunday\, January 12th | 12-2pm\nFrom Shaker to Spirits: Setting Up the Essentials\nTo kickoff this series\, you’ll learn the basics of building a home bar. From selecting essential tools to understanding base spirits and mixers\, you’ll leave with the skills and knowledge you need to start mixing like a pro. \nPerfect for beginners who want a strong foundation\, this class covers all the must-haves for a well-stocked bar. \n  \nClass Two: Balance | Sunday\, February 2nd | 12-2pm\nFinding the Perfect Blend of Flavor\nThe secret to a memorable cocktail is balance—between sweet\, sour\, bitter\, and spirit. This class will dive into the science and art of balancing flavors\, teaching you to craft cocktails that are neither too strong nor too sweet. \nExpect to experiment with fresh ingredients and classic ratios for a perfectly tailored drink. \n  \nClass Three: Shaken or Stirred? | Sunday\, March 9th | 12-2pm\nMastering Techniques for a Smooth Sip\nThe final class of this series explores the techniques for shaken and stirred cocktails. You’ll learn when to shake versus stir\, why it matters\, and how each technique influences the final drink.
