A Culinary Playdate: Italianisch

On May 16th, we’ll be headed North to spend some quality culinary time with our neighbor, Germany for this month’s culinary playdate. Think mouthwatering Bavarian classics (schnitzel! potatoes!) spiced up with the vibrant Italian flavors (capers! tomatoes!) across 5 hearty courses.

– Pierogies with Brown Butter, Sage, and Charred Cippolini Onions
– Pork Schnitzel with Grilled Zucchini & Squash, and Lemon Piccata Sugo
– Black Forest Cake with Cherry Compote and Italian Meringue
