Frank Bonanno is the culinary mind behind ten of Denver’s finest dining and drinking establishments. He is the author of the Mizuna cookbook, the Luca icookbook and the host of Chef Driven on PBS.
Since 2002, Frank Bonanno has been the mastermind behind nearly a dozen Colorado restaurants. Chef Driven offers a rare glimpse of the world from the eyes of a restaurant professional; Frank’s travelogue of experiences with growers, producers, artisans, and chefs who are shaping food culture in the Mountain West.

How do you run a dozen different concepts, produce a TV show, be a good father and husband? The answer is by surrounding yourself with a rockstar leadership team that includes Jacqueline, Liza, Nick, Jim, and many more.
Jacqueline Bonanno is the Creative Director of Bonanno Concepts. She designs the venues, workspaces, uniforms, menus, training manuals and whatnot. She is a sounding board to the food obsessed and, as Frank’s partner, is very well fed.
Nick Gray is a Colorado Native. That means something in these parts. A graduate of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, Nick is the Bonanno Concepts Chief Financial Officer. He runs all finance and accounting operations across the Bonanno Concepts family, and seeks out new businesses and new business opportunities. Nick is also in charge of office snacks. He is an athlete and a gentleman.
Adam Hodak is co-owner of Green Russell and Beverage Director of Bonanno Concepts. Adam provides ongoing spirits education to some 300 team members, creates seasonal drinks menus for each restaurant, and competes in local and national bar competitions. Adam has a deep knowledge of cocktail history, bar haunts, beers, local producers, geography, politics, chess, and Magie, the Gathering.
