Join us at Osteria Marco in Denver’s historic Larimer Square for our highly anticipated Annual Burrata Dinner—a one-night-only five-course celebration of burrata, the rich and creamy Italian cheese we all adore. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight burrata’s versatility across a range of seasonal and indulgent dishes.
The Menu Includes:
- Formaggi: Focaccia, burrata, garlic butter, tomato conserva
- Insalate: Grilled spring vegetable salad with burrata, asparagus, carrots, and mixed spring greens
- Pasta: Burrata agnolotti with lobster, tomato cream sugo, and fresh basil
- Secondi: Choice of grilled filet mignon or grilled tuna, served with burrata risotto, spring peas, and thyme gremolata
