Il Fumo: An American BBQ/Italian Playdate
For our third culinary playdate, we’re firing things up—literally! This Italian-American BBQ mashup brings together rustic Italian flavors with smoky, flame-kissed BBQ. Wine and whiskey will be flowing at this fun and fiery fusion feast.

Grilled Octopus – BBQ Glaze with Roman Potato Salad
Wood Roasted Jalapeno Poppers – Smoked Ricotta, Guanciale, Parmesan
BBQ Shrimp Scampi – Tagliatelle, Garlic, Lemon
Brasato al Barolo – Beef Brisket with Italian Coleslaw, Fennel, & Fresh Herbs
Bourbon & Toasted Pine Nut Pie – House Made Gelato & Honey
