Years ago, Frank trained with Thomas Keller as an apprentice at The French Laundry (in fact, Mizuna’s famous Lobster Mac & Cheese in inspired by a dish he learned during his time there).
Today, The French Laundry Cookbook continues to inspire chefs across the globe, including Chef Michael Dunning & our Mizuna kitchen team.
