Beneath the Greek city of Akrotiri lies another city, Thera, preserved in its entirety by the same volcanic ash that destroyed it some sixteen hundred years BCE. In Thera, clay ovens baked flatbread, toilets flushed by means of gravity, and mosaic art tiled community pools, sidewalks, and floors. On the walls? Animals from around the world, painted by ancient sailors to decorate their homes. We pay tribute here to the food that inspired us visiting Akrotiri, fresh and delicious, and honor the playfulness of ancient walls filled with blue monkeys.

This residency will be here every Friday and Saturday evening. We will continue to have live jazz on Saturday evenings from 6-8pm. Please note that this is the only menu available on the selected dates and that our standard menu will not be available.
